Cancellation Policy

STUDIO POLICIES: **All services at Silo Imaging Studio require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking. (This deposit goes toward the total service amount) No services will be scheduled without a deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No shows and reschedules less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will forfeit the prepaid deposit. To cancel or reschedule, please contact Silo Imaging Studio at least 24 hours before your appointment. Call/Text (913) 706-2818. (If leaving a voicemail, please include your full name, date and time of scheduled service) **Late Arrivals: Please contact Silo Imaging Studio as soon as possible if you are running late. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiting your deposit and we may need to reschedule your session to avoid disrupting the next appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or loss of the opportunity for some services; however, I will do my best to accommodate you, if given appropriate notice. **Prenatal care verification: Any woman seeking an ultrasound at Silo Imaging Studio must be under the care of a doctor for her current pregnancy and needs to have previously undergone a medical, diagnostic ultrasound to confirm pregnancy and dates. You must also be at least 10 weeks along. **Children are allowed at Silo Imaging Studio ONLY if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older, other than the client who is being scanned, who can supervise them for the duration of your appointment This policy ensures you can fully enjoy your ultrasound and bond with your little one, while also protecting the studio from any potential damage.
